Why We Need the Equality Act

Let's take action to protect LGBTQ youth from discrimination. The Equality Act would create more explicit federal protections from sex discrimination - including harassment - so that we all get equal access to education, employment, housing, credit, public places and services, federally funded programs, and jury service - no matter who we love or how we identify. In February, the House of Representatives passed the Equality Act, and now it's up to the Senate to act. Please take a minute to reach out to your Senators and ask them to support this critical legislation.
